Ian Putt fought hard for over 2 hours to hold
the lead at the recent Exmoor MCC Allercott Pits enduro, but after a big hi-speed
spill decided that discretion was the better part of valour - having spent a
long period away from racing last year due to injury - and backed of a
touch. Which was all that a storming Gary Player needed.

Gary Player worked hard for the win.

Ian to settle for 2nd spot just 3.5 minutes behind and the only other rider
to complete 14 laps. Gary Wright rode to a solid third place with 13 laps.

The track was slippery but fast.

Honeywill take the win from Mark Pickard, both on 13 laps.

Heading into the rutted wood section.
