Tough One = Battle Royale  !!!

SATURDAY 20TH FEBRUARY 2010.

Taddy Blasusiak will have to work hard to keep his Tough One
crown this year, Knighter is out for blood!

Following the Barcelona indoor, there is no love lost between the
two and Knighter, despite his previous statements, will want to
regain the Tough One title at all costs and is 100% committed to
the event on Saturday, February 20th.

Knighter: 'You cannot believe how much I want this win – nothing
and no one is going to get in the way believe me! I am fully
focussed on what I have always considered as 'My' event in the UK
and now I have the tools to do the job with this year. KTM's have
always proved their toughness and I intend to prove mine in front
of a home crowd in February and take my TOUGH ONE title back. I
urge the public to come along and get behind me and give the
support I need."

Blasusiak's DNF at Hells Gate has him fired up to prove he is the
number one Extreme rider in the world and he will be out to prove
a point at Nantmawr Quarry.

And there can only be one Number 1.

Dougie Lampkin might just upstage the pair of them. His Hells
Gate win has given him the taste for extreme success and he will
be gunning for the pair of KTM factory riders on his factory Beta

Graham Jarvis, on the factory Sherco will be out for revenge over
Lampkin following his second place to the trails ace in Italy buy
just a few seconds.

The USA's WORC Champion Mike Brown might just have something to
say about all this. He is tough and talented and always puts up a
great fight.

Steve Ireland is already considering a cage-fighting arena in the
centre of the car park – just in case!

Never has the Tough One had so much at stake for so many riders.
There are many 'unknown quantities' arriving from foreign shores
and it will be a brave man who predicts the winner at this stage.

This years event is already shaping up to be a battle royale or
'Gunfight at the OK Corral'. With competitors arriving from four
continents and twelve different countries the Tough One is truly
an International gathering.

Tough One tickets are still available and can be downloaded from
www.worevents.com using the download link above with payment at
the gate on production of a downloaded ticket. For spectators
arriving on motorcycles the charge will be £20 per person on the
gate and WOR Events, the organisers have announced that there is
no 'Walk In' facility although cars and vans without tickets can
pay on the day at the 'No Ticket' gate.

Event media partner UKXC will be at the venue from Monday next
week with update and news as it happens in the build up to this
spectacular event.

Notice to Pro Riders Only:
Please ensure you are in the Pro Pits and set up by friday night.
If you are not in the Pro Pits by Friday night you will be parked
way out the way at the top of the quarry. Please email

2010 POWYS ENDURO regs are out... (Entry FULL)

One single 150 Mile lap !!!

Cadwallander Ltd sponsored Powys Enduro - 4th July 2010
An event for Solo and Sidecar motorcycles.

The event is a round of the 2010 British and ACU Sidecar Enduro`, The Cheshire Centre, The MWTRA Club and The Manchester 17 Club
Championships.

Please Note Public Roads are Used in This Event.

Start:- Will be at Sarn Farm Carno, Nr Newtown, Powys.
First competitor away:- 08.00hrs
Route:- Will be one lap of approx 150 miles including Public Roads and will be marked and is designed primarily for Sidecars, Clubmen & Sportsmen. If solo experts/championship riders wish to compete they may do bearing this in mind. The onus is on the competitor to find the correct route. No part of the route (except the special stages) is closed for the event. You MUST give way to Horses, Pedestrians & Vehicles on the route.

Although as many gates as possible will be opened by marshals there may be some which riders must open for themselves and close again, PLEASE
ensure such gates are left CLOSED AND UNDAMAGED.
Scrutineering:- On Saturday 3rd July 2010 12.00hrs to 19.00hrs.
