Some Advice on Printing Regs & Entry Forms that are in Picture Format !

The problem

If I put up online entry forms that are in picture format, and make them small enough to print straight from your web browser, they will not print clear enough to read (luckily for us, most regs are sent through as typed documents).

So I need to put picture style regs online quite BIG. But of course then you can't print them properly!!!

The Solution

Download picture style regs, by right clicking on the picture, then choose the 'save image' option to save them to your computer - (somewhere where you can find them!) - then print them from a package that will scale them to whatever size you require

How

Even Microsoft's Word typing proggy will do the trick. Just start a new word doc. Go to 'Insert' - 'Picture', and look for where you saved it. When the regs have opened on the page, you may drag the corners of the picture to fill the full size A4 sheet - and hey presto. it will print very good, - especially if you use the good quality setting to print them.

A lot of paint programs will also let you scale, or print to scale - Such as: fill up an A4 page, or Max Size, when printing. But all paint programs do this differently so you will have to learn your own program.

Also try upgrading your internet browser. Internet Explorer 6 seems to automatically resize piccy's.

As a last ditch stand, - on very rare occasions sometimes I will also supply picture format regs small enough to just print off from your browser - but I warn you they will not print well, so it is best if you learn a little about these orrible things called computers!!
